Alusic AC, BH, IM, and MC Lines
The AC line, the core of Alusic’s offerings, includes solutions for hollow profiles with 6 and 8mm slots, available in 30, 40, and 46mm sizes. The BH line is designed for greater versatility, supporting five types of hollow profiles—6, 8, and 10mm—in sizes of 20, 30, 40, 45, and 50mm. The IM line features an extensive selection of profiles and accessories suitable for 5, 6, and 8mm slots, with sizes of 20, 30, and 40mm. Meanwhile, the MC line includes profiles for 6 and 8mm slots, offered in 20, 30, 40, 45, and 50mm sizes.
All product lines are made from anodized aluminium, with 60% of the material sourced from recycled content. They are available in both heavy-duty and lightweight versions to meet varying load requirements.
Alusic SP Line
The SP line of profiles and accessories provides an ideal solution for constructing safety guards and enclosures for automated machines, both within the industrial sector and in other applications.
Its snap-joint system allows for fast and simple assembly, while the closed-profile design minimizes dust and dirt buildup, ensuring a clean and visually refined appearance.
The SP system is available in two distinct product ranges: the FPZ series, which uses joints with a durable metal core, and the EVO series, which features fiberglass joints designed to offer easier assembly, enhanced aesthetics, and reduced maintenance costs.
Alusic IS Line
The IS line includes a comprehensive selection of profiles and accessories designed for building industrial ladders and walkways, offering versatile solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
Whether it’s for crossing production lines, creating walkways alongside machinery, or managing changes in elevation, the modular profiles for stair treads and the easy-to-use accessories for connecting handrails provide a fast and efficient solution for any setup.
The stair profile is fully self-supporting in compliance with regulations, capable of spanning widths up to 1200 mm, withstanding a central load of 150 kg or a distributed load of 200 kg/m².
