Alusic offers a wide selection of linear actuators designed to handle various load requirements. The range is divided into two main series, each using different drive systems and suited to different load levels.

The FC Light series features T5 or AT10 timing belts and is equipped with guides that provide medium to low load capacity.

The FC Heavy series, by contrast, incorporates an advanced offset helical gear drive for superior performance, paired with guides capable of handling medium to high loads.

Alusic has further broadened its offerings by adding ball bearing guides and sliding carriage options to meet even more application needs.

This structure incorporates three types of linear actuators, all made with the same profile as the structure:

-The X-axis is driven by a standard actuator.

-The Y-axis features a customized actuator with a modified number of sliding pads.

-The Z-axis is equipped with a special actuator with a telescopic arm, operated by a combination of an idler belt and a rack-and-pinion system.
