Alusic CS Line
Alusic provides a comprehensive range of belt conveyors tailored to diverse industrial applications. The CS line features multiple configurations — from the compact 20 series with Ø20 mm rollers to the robust 95 series with Ø95 mm rollers, along with options like the 1000 series equipped with rubber-coated rollers for enhanced grip. Additionally, the range includes tab chain conveyors (2000 series) and modular chain conveyors (3000 series), engineered to deliver high performance and reliability even in demanding operational environments.
Alusic FC Line
Alusic’s extensive range of linear actuators offers versatile solutions for various load-handling requirements. The two product lines are differentiated by the type of belt used and their load-bearing capabilities.
The FC Light line features T5 or AT10 belts, designed for applications with low to medium load demands.
The FC Heavy line incorporates an advanced staggered worm gear transmission system that boosts performance and supports medium to heavy loads. This range also includes options with ball-circulating guides and sliding trolleys for enhanced precision and flexibility.

Alusic KS Line
Alusic provides a comprehensive selection of sliding structures, running tracks, and trolleys, adaptable to various load capacities and mounting distances.
The components of the Alusic Linear System offer an efficient and practical solution for building sliding setups — ideal for movable workstations used to transport or support production tools and equipment.
These systems are constructed using high-quality extruded aluminum profiles combined with plastic or aluminum trolleys to ensure smooth and reliable movement.
The Running Tracks system is manufactured from EN AW 6063 T6 extruded aluminum profiles with a treatment depth of 20 μm, meeting the UNI-EN 12020-2 standard. It is also fully compatible with the Series 45 profiles and 8 mm groove accessories, ensuring easy integration and interchangeability within Alusic’s modular framework.
Alusic LM Line
Alusic provides two distinct solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of modern lean manufacturing. The first is a traditional system built with steel tubes and external joints, while the second is a modular aluminum system composed of profiles and accessories, derived from Alusic’s long-standing expertise in structural profiles.
Both configurations are fully compatible with roller conveyor systems and are aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency, organizational flexibility, and overall production optimization.
